One of the most common issues of Epson Printer users, Epson Printer won't print black ink occurs when either the in levels of the ink cartridges are low or the printhead is clogged. You can follow the below-mentioned steps to get rid of this problem:
Turn off the printer and disconnect the printer’s power adapter from the electric socket.
Remove the ink cartridges from the printer and check for the required ink levels. If they are low or empty, replace the cartridges with new ones and check if the issue is resolved.
Remove the printhead from its slot and keep it aside.
Dip a clean cloth into a bowl of lukewarm water and remove the excess water content.
Use the wet cloth to clean the printhead.
Fit the printhead back to its slot and close the printer access door.
